Employee Communication
A significant amount of research has been conducted regarding the area of employee communication. Report after report tells us that employees want to receive information relating to their employment directly from their supervisor/manager. A workplace where communication is open, honest and regular is one where people want to come to work.
Employee communication can take many forms including notice boards, team meetings/briefings, staff newsletter/magazine, staff suggestion scheme, etc. Not all are appropriate for every workplace, but most employers find at least one that suits their particular needs. We at Real HR Solutions will work with you to identify the most appropriate method for your organisation and develop and implement an employee communication template appropriate to your needs.
