HR Audit

A HR Audit is the first and most valuable tool that we offer to our clients. The HR audit is the primary means of analysing HR activities and identifying if the processes, procedures and documentation in place is not only legally compliant, but also contributes to an effective and efficient organisation. Following an in-depth analysis of all HR activities, a detailed report will be provided to you accompanied by developmental recommendations from a legal and best practice perspective. The audit will also highlight if the organisation is complying with its own documented practices and procedures.

Implementation

Where the HR audit identifies areas of non-compliance or concern, Real HR Solutions will work with you and your organisation to:

§ Develop policies, procedures, contracts of employment and employee handbooks where none exist;

§ Amend existing contracts of employment, policies and procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect any changes in legislation and/or best practice;

§ Develop and implement a system to ensure that all HR documentation is regularly reviewed and updated or amended as appropriate;

§ Coach managers, supervisors and employees on the implementation and operation of any new or amended HR policies or procedures.
